HOW CAN WE HELP?

Participating in Physiotherapy can be beneficial to assist you in regaining strength and mobility that is often lost with an injury.​Our Physiotherapists have been specifically trained in assessment and treatment techniques.  We can work with you to tailor a treatment plan that meets your immediate and long-term goals.​​

PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENTS

Initial Assessment and Treatment  $95

The Physiotherapist will conduct a detailed assessment and commence treatment as appropriate.

This initial consultation typically takes 60-75minutes - so please allow enough time in your day

Follow-up Treatments  $75

A treatment plan will be established and updated as needed. 

 

This may consist of manual therapy (soft tissue techniques or joint mobilization/manipulation), exercises/stretches, modalities (heat, ice, TENS/EStim/IFC) and education.

Follow-ups with use of needling (Acupuncture or Dry Needling)   $80

This will be a continuation of your physiotherapy path and will have acupuncture or dry needling in addition to traditional Physiotherapy treatment options - manual therapy (soft tissue techniques or joint mobilization/manipulation), exercises/stretches, modalities (heat, ice, TENS/EStim/IFC) and education.

Pelvic Floor Assessment and treatment    $105

The Physiotherapist (Vanessa McGibbon) has additional training and certification to assist clients with pelvic health conditions. These conditions are first assessed (may include internal examination) and then treated with a combination of education, exercises and activity modifications.

MASSAGE THERAPY TREATMENTS

Senior Physiotherapy

Therepeutic Massage (60minutes)  $120

The massage therapist will use a variety of techniques: anything from traditional deep tissue, NMT and myofascial, to breathwork and visceral manipulation, to help you enter a space of recovery and balance.
